Investment Strategy

We seek to execute on four value-add levers - rebranding, repositioning, repurposing and recapitalizing assets (for the right sponsorship and asset).

Deal flow

We leverage over five decades of lodging investment experience and relationships to maintain an active deal pipeline. We follow a disciplined yet creative approach to source and uncover overlooked opportunities.

Advisory services

We can serve as a trusted advisor to select third parties and provide the full spectrum of transaction support, asset management oversight (one-time deep dive and on-going asset monitoring); and/or deliver capital/renovation planning and oversight.

Return parameters

We aim to mitigate investment risk and generate opportunistic return thresholds on each of our investments.

Asset type

We target branded or independent properties across the service scale spectrum. Assets can be single assets, portfolios or companies and can be
encumbered or unencumbered by management.

Target markets

We seek evidence of long-term real estate value and economic resiliency. We evaluate regional growth potential, year-round demand capacity, and persistent high-barrier to entry factors. We favor global gateway markets as well as select high-growth sunbelt markets.
